Building Demolitions - Western Cleanwood

Western Cleanwood proposes to demolish all buildings (except for an electrical utility shed) at the Western Cleanwood site at 9815 Robson Road, Surrey. The buildings include an assortment of warehouse, office and utility buildings, and storage tanks. There are three main building complexes and four ancillary buildings/storage tanks with a total area of approximately 9,200 square meters. Building demolition will not include the removal of foundations and excavation work will not be required. The remaining utility services will be capped and terminated above ground. The works are estimated to take approximately 6 weeks to complete.

Surrey, B.C.– December 14, 2021– The Vancouver Fraser Port Authority has determined that the proposed Building Demolitions- Western Cleanwood located at 9815 Robson Road, Surrey is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
