Repairs to Ranch Point Jetty and Floats at Canadian Forces Maritime Experimental and Test Ranges

The Department of National Defence (DND) has proposed work to repair the Ranch Point Jetty and Floats located at Canadian Forces Maritime Experimental and Test Ranges (CFMETR)including repairs to the vehicle guards, minor deck repairs, fender pile replacement (Ranch Point Jetty only) and replacement of miscellaneous related structural timbers, steel ladder and connections, pressure washing of the upper decks and replacement of anodes on steel mooring piles.

November 18, 2023 – The public comment period on the project is closed. The Department of National Defence is considering comments received to help inform its determination on whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
