Extension to expiry date of Project Permit No. 18-027: Dredging to deepen berth 1 at Neptune Bulk Terminals

The Proposed Project

Neptune Bulk Terminals have applied for an extension to the expiry date of their existing Project Permit No. 18-027: Dredging to deepen berth 1. The expiry date is proposed to be extended out to February 28, 2021. A small percentage of dredging work remains to be completed under the permit which has been unable to be completed during previous least risk fish window due to construction and operational scheduling constraints. Work is proposed to be completed under existing management plans and permit conditions.
