Exterior Landscape Redesign

The objective of the project is to replace outdoor plants with drought resistant and native plants to be environmentally responsible by reducing water consumption. 6 planters along the exterior of the property are being reviewed for new landscaping by a landscape design consultant. The battery operated irrigation system will also be replaced. In order to accomplish this, the existing, plants, soil and one fir tree may be removed. An environmental engineer will be engaged to assess the quality of the soil and trees prior to the redesign.
