Wei Wai Kum First Nation - Farwell Road Subdivision Development, Phase 1

The full site consists of approximately 80 hectares at the southwest end of Campbell River along Farwell Road, added to reserve in 2020 with the purpose of creating on-reserve housing for Wei Wai Kum First Nation members.  This review consists of Phase 1A of the subdivision proposal, approcimately 50 single-family lots, a cultural centre lot, and stormwater detention area.  Water and sanitary servicing is proposed via a connection to the City of Campbell River mains, requiring a highway crossing to connect the development to the municipal system.
