Pedestrian Walkway Extension Lot B1

PSPC proposes to extend the pedestrian walkway near Lot B1 to Lot A along the Lot B access road. Work to be completed as part of the projects includes:

- Line painting for a pedestrian walkway, continuing from the existing end of painting west of Lot B1.

- Subsurface work including rock removal, minor grading, and installation of crushed gravel base and subbase layers.

-Paving and widening of the drive aisle near a minor parking area.

-Installation of new street lights and lighting ducts.

- Construction of a concrete staircase leading from the drive aisle to the Seaspan/VSL purchasing Office (approximately 3.5m elevation difference).

-Extension of a walkway along this alignment.
