Abegweit First Nation - Scotchfort Subdivision Development

The project includes the development of a 26-lot subdivision, located at the Scotchfort Reserve in Abegweit First Nation, PEI. The project footprint will be approximately 8.8 hectares. Activities include grubbing and leveling of site, lateral connections into community water services, watermain extension, driveway culverts, roadway ditches, swales and paving of new roadways. 

Latest update

February 29, 2024 – Indigenous Services Canada issued its Notice of Determination and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
