Eskasoni Strip Mall - Phase II

The project will include the construction of a 740m2, 4-unit commercial building as well as site access and parking area (1715m2). The total project footprint is approximately 2455m2. Project activities include the construction of the building, site grading, paving and connection into community services (water and wastewater).

Latest update

September 6, 2024 – Indigenous Services Canada and the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency issued its Notice of Determination and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
