The total project footprint is approximately 0.79 hectares and will be built in a previously developed commercial area. Construction activities include construction of the building, grubbing and leveling of site, parking lot paving and lateral connections (water and waste water) into community services.

March 22, 2024 - Indigenous Services Canada issued its Notice of Determination and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
