Potlotek First Nation - Chapel Road Housing Development

The project includes the construction of three homes and a driveway 45m x 9m. The project footprint will be 1535m2 on undeveloped lands. Project activities include grubbing and leveling of the site and lateral connections for water and wastewater services.

Latest update

April 12, 2024 – Indigenous Services Canada intends to make a determination regarding whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this determination, Indigenous Services Canada is inviting public comments until May 12, 2024, respecting that determination.
