Cole Harbor Apartment Expansion
Proposed construction of a a six (6) storey, 72 unit apartment complex. New domestic water service and sanitary sewer service laterals feeding the new apartment complex will be connected to existing domestic water and sanitary sewer services. New power and communication lines will be brought into the project site to service the new apartment complex. A sub-surface geotechnical investigation shall be conducted on the site for assessment of building foundation construction requirements. Surficial grubbing and excavation associated with the building's foundation, domestic water and sanitary sewer services, and parking lot construction as well as above ground building construction.
Environmental factors to be considered: surface and groundwater impacts, impacts to land, impacts to flora and fauna, species at risk, migratory birds, impacts to fish habitat, impacts to air and noise-sensitive receptors and construction waste disposal.
