Glooscap First Nation Entertainment Centre

The proposed project consists of a parking lot, building and associated infrastructure with a total project footprint of approximately 1,600 m2. The building will  house a pub, sports bar and Video Lottery Terminal (VLT) rooms at Glooscap Landing. Construction activities include laterals and connections to existing portable water lines, sanitary sewer, power and communications. The project is occurring on developed land being proposed as an Addition to Reserve. 

Latest update

July 7, 2021 – Indigenous Services Canada issued its notice of determination https://iaac-aeic.gc.ca/050/evaluations/document/139575 and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
