Construction of an industrial building at the YMX International Aerocity of Mirabel

SEC YMX 3 is requesting financing from BDC for the construction of an industrial building located on lot 6 436 204, on Henri-Fabre boulevard at YMX International Aerocity of Mirabel. The site is approximately 25,100 m2 in size.

The building will have one floor, with the possibility of mezzanine offices, with no basement, and a size of approximately 9,800 m2. It will be used for the storage of goods for various companies located at the YMX International Aerocity of Mirabel.

April 24, 2023 – The Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC) issued its Notice of Determination and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
