Underground Infrastructure Redevelopment of Parking Lots P1 and P15 - Royal Military College Saint-Jean

The Department of National Defence (DND) is proposing a project. The project involves the redevelopment of parking lots P1 and P15. The main objectives of the project are to optimize the functional use of the parking lots concerned and to implement measures to control rainwater in the parking lots. Parking lot P1: a rain garden will allow water to infiltrate into the ground and an underground retention basin. Parking lot P15: redevelopment of the parking lot to allow better circulation of delivery vehicles and addition of a hydrodynamic separator to create a barrier between the stormwater network and the river outlet.
