Installation of a new manifold for loading vessels (berth 96, port of Montreal)

Suncor Energy wishes to install at its Montreal-East Terminal, a new manifold for loading bulk petroleum products in vessels. The new manifold, located at sections 96 of the port of Montreal, will prevent interference with users of adjacent berth caused by the existing manifold.
