Energy Performance Contract (EPC) McNaughton Feeder Replacement- Canadian Forces Base Kingston

The Department of National Defence (DND) has proposed a project. The McNaughton medium voltage system is being updated. A new electrical distribution loop will be installed along existing roadways throughout Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Kingston on the McNaughton side of the base, north of Highway 2. This work includes adding a new switchgear. The existing electrical lines will be removed and associated concrete encased ducts abandoned in place. All excess soil will be characterized before removal from site. Disturbed areas will be restored with topsoil and grass seed.
