Warehouse Water and Sewer Servicing at Tilton Barrens, NL

The existing water and sewage service at Tilton Barrens is no longer sufficient for its use. The proposed project will update the water and sewage systems. This includes: the removal of the existing water and sewage service lines (including the pump); the installation of a new well; the installation of a new septic tank and field; and the installation of the new water and sewage service lines. The new septic tank will be constructed of pre-cast concrete and buried on the northeast side of the property. The new artesian well will be drilled on the southeastern side of the property. A new electrical conduit will be installed to facilitate the use of a pump which is required for the well. Post-construction, the site will be returned to its original condition or better.
