St. John's Small Concrete Dam Removal Project

Project Description:

Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada intends to remove a small concrete dam on Flings Brook at the St. John's Research and Development Center. This dam was used as a reservoir for fire suppression on the site and is recommended for removal due to it's degraded condition. The water supply for fire suppression has long been transferred to municipal water, so the dam is no longer required.
