Shoreline Protection, Flatrock, NL

DFO, Small Craft Harbour intends to place shoreline protection at Flatrock SCH site. The scope of work for this project involves the supply and placement of 300-500kg filter stone, 4-6 tonne armour stone and a concrete toe wall drilled and anchored into bedrock along wharf access road. A section of asphalt will also be removed in the upland area and replaced with a concrete slab on grade section.

To help inform this determination, DFO-SCH is inviting public comments in respect to that determination for 30 days following the posting of this notice.
