The Bay Roberts RCMP Detachment sits on a small site in a commercial area in the town of Bay Roberts, NL. The project will modify the parking lot layout to provide more spaces, better flow and upgraded handicap parking. The addition of buried services (water, sewer, electrical conduit, etc.) in the parking lot for future hook up to a detached garage will also be investigated.
