Banff Community High School Sidewalk Expansion

Town of Banff is proposing to expand (0.75 - 1.0 m) the sidewalk at the Banff Community High School (BCHS) bus stop to manage the growing number of bus users. The project activities include landscaping removal, concrete works for sidewalk, landscaping and site clean-up. The project is anticipated to start on June 2023.

Latest update

June 8, 2023 – The public comment period on the project is closed. Parks Canada is considering comments received to help inform its determination on whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
