Town of Banff 311 and 317 Squirrel Street Redevelopment

Proponent is proposing to demolish existing structures at 311 and 317 Squirrel Street, in order to redevelop the land into three fourplexes. Works involved will include demolition, tree removal, excavation, construction of building and utility lines.

Latest update

May 19, 2022 – The public comment period on the project is closed. Parks Canada and Town of Banff are considering comments received to help inform its determination on whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
