High Country Inn Renovations and Landscaping - 419 Banff Avenue

Interior and exterior renovations and landscaping to existing hotel and restaurant. Exterior updates include replacing roof, replacing existing sunroom on front of restaurant, replacing existing gable and awning with new roof above the restaurant entry, and other updates to exterior finishes. Landscaping changes include extending existing restaurant patio and adding softscaped seating area, adding accessible ramp, removing 2 trees, decreasing driveway size, updating planters, and planting trees, shrubs and lawn.

Latest update

April 3, 2024 – Parks Canada intends to make a determination regarding whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this determination, Parks Canada is inviting public comments until May 3, 2024 respecting that determination.
