Roof Replacement - Mewata Armoury

The Department of National Defence (DND) has proposed a project which aims to replace the existing asphalt shingle roofing with a formed metal roof panel system at the Mewata Armoury. The Mewata Armoury is recognized as a Historic Site by both the Federal and Provincial governments. The building will be occupied for the duration of the project during noted normal working hours.


Latest update

October 26, 2022— The Department of National Defence issued its Notice of Determination and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
