Emerald Canoes Dock Replacement

Emerald Canoes, who operates canoe rentals at Emerald Lake, proposes to replace their canoe dock because it is reaching the end of its life cycle. The new dock would be built on the lake ice during early spring and floated into place once the ice melts to minimize impact to aquatic life. The old dock would be floated out of the way, dismantled on site, and removed from site for proper disposal. The new dock would be built to the same dimensions of the old dock and made of raw materials that are aquatic friendly.
