Town of Banff 222 Otter Street Redevelopment

The proponent is proposing to redevelop a single-family home, into a duplex at 222 Otter Street. Work will involve demolition of existing single-family homes, construction of new foundations, updating utility services, and landscaping. Construction is anticipated to begin in 2023. 

Latest update

March 26, 2023 – The public comment period on the project is closed. Parks Canada and Town of Banff are considering comments received to help inform its determination on whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
