Mannix Pit Gravel Extraction, Processing and Reclamation 2022 to 2032

Parks Canada is proposing to extract and process gravel from a 4-hectare area over 10 years at the existing gravel pit ‘Mannix Pit' in Banff National Park. The gravel will be used to support Parks Canada's ongoing road and highway operations and maintenance. The works will include layout, clearing, grubbing, stripping, extraction, reclamation, and crushing.
