The building will consist of a 3-storey, 85,750 sq. ft. net rentable, indoor, climate controlled, self storage facility and a high velocity car wash tunnel with all indoor stacking capabilities. The property will be serviced with infrastructure (water, sewer, power, cable) provided to the Shops at Buffalo Run by the Taza Development. The site has already been stripped and rough graded by the developer.

August 3, 2022 – Indigenous Services Canada issued its notice of determination Notice of Determination for the Self Storage Facility and Car Wash - Canada.ca (iaac-aeic.gc.ca) and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
