Town of Banff 220 Otter Street-Duplex with Accessory Dwelling

This proposal involves demolition of an existing building to construct a new duplex, which will be attached to original home via a breezeway. The existing building is 220.3 m2, with the proposed building: at 347.1 m2. To construct the addition the works will include; demolition, construction, new utilities and landscaping.
