ECMF Marine Infill Project - Sydney, NS

East Coast Metal Fabrication Inc. (ECMF) is proposing to conduct marine works in Sydport within Sydney Harbour, Nova Scotia to expand their facilities. The proposed works by ECMF include: widening the current slipway from 30m to a maximum of 90m; construction of an armour stone finger pier; infilling of approximately 12,653m2 of marine environment, which includes the armour stone finger pier footprint; and the main use of the area will be for construction and maintenance of Aquaculture feed barges.
