Piikani First Nation, AB

Piikani First Nation is proposing to build Ten modular homes. The homes consist of a single storey building. The total average project building area is approximately 1300 sq ft and construction will include the building and parking areas.  Project activities include clearing and grubbing, the installation of access driveway/parking, construction of foundations, backfill and grading, utilities and services including sewer and water piping as well as power and communication lines.

04-28-2023 – The public comment period on the project is closed. Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation is considering comments received to help inform its determination on whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
