Application for Approval of the 2022 Meter Stations and Laterals Abandonment Program

NOVA Gas Transmission Ltd. (NGTL) is proposing to abandon 17-meter stations, 17 associated lateral pipelines and four producer tie-ins, six stand-alone meter stations and six stand-alone laterals, all of which are part of the 2022 Abandonment Program. A portion of the 2022 Abandonment Program is proposed on the Blood Tribe – Kainai Nation (Blood 148) Reserve lands, where it is proposed that the Bailey's Bottom Receipt Meter Station (meter station) and an approximate 23.14 m section of Nominal Pipeline Size 6 pipeline (pipeline section) will be removed. The meter station and pipeline section are located at SE 21-007-22 W4M.
