Replacement of Culvert - Defence Research and Development Canada Valcartier

The Department of National Defence (DND) is proposing a project. A concrete culvert, located in a creek crossing the Route d'Amiens in the Defence Research and Development Canada (DRDC) Valcartier testing area, has reached the end of its useful life and requires replacement. The existing gantry will be demolished and replaced by a new culvert. The outlet of the creek is directly into the Jacques-Cartier River. This environment is considered to have fish habitat potential, given its permanent flow and direct link to the Jacques-Cartier River habitat.
