Extension of surface parking and construction of a new short term parking at Québec City Jean Lesage International Airport (YQB) - Public Comments Invited

Quebec Airport Authority must determine whether the proposed project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.

To help inform this determination, Quebec Airport Authority is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination. All comments received will be considered public and may be posted online.

Written comments must be submitted by May 28, 2023.

The work, scheduled for summer-autumn 2023, consists of extending the current surface parking (134 spaces) and building a new short term parking (95 spaces). Electrical work and traffic sign are also planned.

The work site is located within the limits of YQB territory with access on the rue Principale.

Quebec Airport Authority is satisfied that that the carrying out of the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.

 

Therefore, Quebec Airport Authority may carry out the project.
