Weather station upgrade

Environment and Climate Change Canada wants to upgrade the weather station in Cap Tourmente National Wildlife Area. The work involves, but is not limited to, excavation work for concrete bases construction, trenches for the electrical connections, installation of a screw pile, posts and snow target installation.
