Clear Lake Golf Course Clubhouse Patio

The CLGC clubhouse building is a recognized Federal Heritage Building (FHBRO) that was constructed between 1932 to 1933. The Clear Lake Golf Course is seeking to construct a 36' x 63' patio, located on the east aspect of the clubhouse building (14 U 435708 x 5614020). The patio will be constructed of pressure treated wood situated on top of a 12" x 16" concrete grade beam that will run along the perimeter of the patio, anchored into surrounding soils with 12 metal screw piles, extending 5' to 8' in depth. Excavation of soils up to 30cm will occur within 15ft of the building. The use of a mini excavator and skidsteer will be required for excavation and site preparation activities. The project will be accessed by the use of existing paved golf cart paths adjacent to the building. Project location: The location of the Clear Lake Golf Course (CLGC) Clubhouse patio project will encompass a footprint of 30' x 63' on the southeast aspect of the Clubhouse building (14 U 435708 x 5614020), on the grounds of the CLGC in RMNP. The footprint of the project is located approximately 150m from the east shoreline of Clear Lake, RMNP.
