Perimeter Aviation T-5 Hangar Door Replacement

Winnipeg Airports Authority must determine whether the proposed Perimeter Aviation T-5 Hangar Door Replacement at Winnipeg Richardson International Airport (YWG), located in Winnipeg, Manitoba is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.

To help inform this determination, Winnipeg Airports Authority is inviting comments from the public until August 13, 2023 respecting that determination. All comments received will be considered public and may be posted online.

The Proposed Project

Perimeter Aviation proposes to undertake T-5 Hangar (900 Ferry Rd) Door Replacement at the Winnipeg Richardson International Airport, Winnipeg MB. The project will be a modification of T-5 hangar building with installation of new hangar doors and door support structure constructed outside the footprint of the existing building. Including new door foundation slab, screw piles, structural framing, roof installation and removal of existing doors. Site works will include relocation of a wastewater sewer and sewer connection with foundations work area.
