Range Maintenance 2023 Fence Repairs- Canadian Forces Base Suffield

The Department of National Defence (DND) has proposed a project. Annual submission for all fence repairs/maintenance/replacements on the Base including posts, wires, signage and gates. Safety and liability fences and signage will take priority. There will also be areas where fence and signage are removed for decommissioning.

February 26, 2023 – The public comment period on the project is closed. The Department of National Defence is considering comments received to help inform its determination on whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
