Prince of Wales Hotel Parking Lot Expansion
This is a non-designated project on federal lands or outside Canada. The listed authorities are responsible for the project assessment.
Pursuit Collection, the owner and operator of the Prince of Wales Hotel, is proposing an expansion of the Prince of Wales Hotel parking lot to accommodate higher visitation levels and reduce congestion that is occurring at the historic site during peak visitation times. The project will include increasing and reconfiguring the current parking lot footprint by approximately 3000 m2 to increase the current parking capacity. A gatehouse will be built and staffed to help manage parking during peak visitation times.
