Paul First Nation Gas Station Project

Paul First Nation proposes to construct a new gas station and convience store on lot 9, 28-52-03-W5M. The proposed facilities include an approximately 1,500 square foot building, a fueling canopy,  multi-product dispenser, and fuel tanks. Additionally, the proposed convenience store is planned to include a small self-serve laundromat with three washing machines and complementary dryers.

 

Activites of the proposed project include: site clearing, grading, excavation, backfilling, construction, and installation of fuel systems.

May 8, 2023 – Indigenous Services Canada intends to make a determination regarding whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this determination, Indigenous Services Canada is inviting public comments Notice of intent to make a determination (iaac-aeic.gc.ca) until June 9, 2023 respecting the determination.
