RW-4852 and OS-7246 Authorization to Construct and Operate a Right of Way for a natural gas Pipeline and associated riser

A 15 m wide, 4,287 m long right of way easement will provide for the construction and operation of a pipeline riser and a pipeline that will transport natural gas. Construction of this infrastructure and reclamation of the right of way will be completed within the first year of the project. Following decommissioning of the pipeline, the right of way will be surrendered.

The proposed pipeline alignment will follow existing linear disturbances (seismic lines, roads, etc.) wherever possible. Horizontal directional drilling will be used for all small permanent and intermittent creeks as well as the semi-permanent wetland.

The project is located in Alexander First Nation. The proponent is Crescent Point Energy.
