Rue du Havre Street Rehabilitation

The project involves the rehabilitation of 700-metre section of Rue du Havre Street, between Main Street and the coast, involving the excavation and re-establishment of the shoulder, the road structure, replacement of a concrete culvert, and re-paving with asphalt.  The road is adjacent to a regulated wetland to the south and a Provincially Significant Wetland to the north.  Work will not extend beyond the existing footprint to avoid impacting these wetlands, and is scheduled to take place outside of the fishing season.
