Department of National Defence Future Fighter Capability Project - Demolition of Hangar 6 and Construction of New Fighter Squadron Facility

The Department of National Defence is undertaking a project to renew infrastructure in support of the Future Fighter Capability Project (FFPC). The site is located within 4 Wing Cold Lake, Alberta, approximately 300 kilometers northeast of Edmonton (54.4089950 North, 110.2774080 West). This phase of FFPC will consist of the demolition of Hangar 6 (6530 m3) to provide a footprint for the construction of New Fighter Squadron Facility (19,300 m3) and all related infrastructure for the new future fighter airframe.
