Foundation Rehabilitation

Rehabilitation of the foundation wall due to water penetration issues. The scope includes interior and exterior work. The latter will require excavation around the perimeter of the building to get access to the foundation wall.

Through the design phase of this project, a preliminary analysis of soil and groundwater uncovered elevated parameters.  Impacted media will result in the requirement for a mitigation measures form.

Latest update

May 9, 2022 – The public comment period on the project is closed. The authority is considering comments received to help inform its determination on whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
