DFO-SCH Launchway Construction, Tilting, NL

DFO, Small Craft Harbours are proposing to construct a new launchway in Tilting, Newfoundland. The project will require demolition of the existing treated timber finger pier structure. The existing riprap material will be retained for reuse. A new launchway will be constructed in the footprint of the former finger pier. The launchway will be concrete slab construction measuring approximately 4.8m wide by 24.4m long. The riprap material will be reused as protection along the seaward side of the structure.
