Saskatchewan Indigenous Enterprise Foundation Inc. Southern Office Complex

Saskatchewan Indian Equity Foundation (SIEF) is proposing a four tenant single floor commercial strip mall on the urban reserve of Saulteaux Junction Zagime IR No. 74-6. The proposed development includes a 743.2 S.M./8000 S.F building, asphalt parking lot, landscaped grass, concrete curbs, rubber curb-stops, concrete sidewalks and roadway access. The development will be utilizing the existing septic system on the property.

Site is currently undeveloped agricultural land that is part of a 105.2 hectare business park developed by Four Horse Development, the economic arm of Zagime Anishinabek on the western boundary of the City of Regina.

February 12, 2024 - Indigenous Services Canada issued its notice of determination Notice of Determination for the Saskatchewan Indigenous Enterprise Foundation Inc. Southern Office Complex (iaac-aeic.gc.ca) and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
