Telus Communications Inc. New Radiocommunications Tower E-24 (AB000853 B-0494-23)

Tallcree First Nation plans to build a Telus telecommunications tower to service the community. The project will require an
access road to be constructed off highway 88 in Tallcree South. Once complete the total site area will be 915 m2 and contain a
tower structure and 12 x 12 ft shelter. Construction activities include vegetation clearing, drilling for concrete piers, and
concrete piers poured for the shelter and tower foundations. Fill materials will include gravel and wash rock.

There will be six 18 inch drilled cast in place concrete piers for the 12x12 foot shelter foundation. For the tower itself there will
be three 30 inch cast in place concrete piers for the foundation. Everything is assembled on site except for the shelter which
comes prefabricated.
