Stabilization and Protection of the Mingan River Bank

The proposed works for the protection of the eroding slopes consist of a protective embankment with stone of different calibers, for a total length of 740 m, separated into 2 sections of 340 m and 400 m. The works involve :

- Excavation and reprofiling of the slope.

- Installation of a riprap toe embedded in the river bed until the high water mark corresponding to the 100-year flood level is reached.

- Vegetation of the top of the slope by placing a layer of topsoil, hydroseeding and planting of shrubs.
