Manitou and C Street Extensions and D Easement

The Innu Band of Ekuanitshit wishes to extend the drinking water and sanitary and storm sewer infrastructure on C and Manitou streets to serve 32 new properties. In addition, the construction of a storm sewer in Easement D is required to carry runoff from the development to the storm outfall in the Gulf of St. Lawrence.

The project consists of the installation of sanitary and storm sewer pipes, drinking water pipes and road works.

Latest update

2020-07-28 – Indigenous Services Canada issued its notice of determination and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
