The Proposed Project

The Northwest Angle #33 Dog Paw Water Treatment Plant Upgrade project includes the expansion of the water treatment plant building and below ground reservoirs, raw water intake pipe and outfall installation, backwash settling tank installation, and upgrades to the water treatment system, pumping systems, access road and parking lot. The project is located in Northwest Angle #33 First Nation in the community of Whitefish Bay No. 33A (Dog Paw), located 20 km southeast of Sioux Narrows, Ontario and is accessible year round via Highway 71.
